How to ensure the success of a coaching program for the organization and for those involved?
First and foremost, ensure the same objectives are shared by everyone. We invest a considerable amount of time aligning the expectations of those involved, confirming the necessity of the request, refusing to play up to participants and to deliver services for comfort's sake.
