Coaching: An approach based on seven fundamental principles.
Based on your personal profile, we will work together and complete the following:

Assess the request (a request must be made before a coaching program can be offered in response)

Establish a contractual agreement that outlines the context, the request, the objective, the duration and the cost.

Evaluate multiple hypotheses to diagnose the situation, the intervention strategy and the circumstantial tactics to be applied
Build a frame of reference, especially useful in cases of career repositioning
Ensure the pertinence of the process, content and logic comprising the frame of reference
Enable change and do away with old habits

Attain full autonomy or appropriation, subject to the establishment of a climate of mutual trust and independence
